  4. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:
    • U.S. FDA regulations governing RUO materials
    • OSHA hazard‑communication standards
    • State chemical‑handling laws (including Illinois Chemical Safety Act 430 ILCS 45 and Uniform Hazardous Substances Act 430 ILCS 35, where applicable)
  5. You will not misbrand, resell, repackage, or market any product for human or animal use.
  6. You will not use our products in violation of the Controlled Substances Act or any other regulatory framework.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for any violation of these requirements.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use any product purchased from Fit Club Elite for:

Any misuse of products voids all warranties and may result in account termination and reporting to regulatory authorities.

  • Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fit Club Elite from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
